Newly renovated double loft bedroom with ensuite

i am looking to rent my double loft room with a private ensuite.

The loft is 2-3 years new.

The ensuite is built to a high standard with high end fixtures and fittings.

The loft space itself is larger than average and there is ample storage space.

House fully insulated at roof, loft floor and first floor level, so there would never be any heating issues.

Shared kitchen space.

Access to a drive.

All bills included.

Minimum stay 3 months.

Apologies I'm not able to accommodate any couples.

Ideally someone who wouldn't be requiring WFH as I do at least 3 days a week WFH, but can be flexible and can be worked around.

Prefer someone who is either vegetarian or would be having halal meat..

My home is 5-7 minute walk to Leytonstone Tube station.

It is a quiet residential road.
