Cosy home in Leyton

I am looking for a new housemate to share my 2-bed house in Leytonstone,

About the place:
A lovely 2 bed Victorian mid terrace house in Leytonstone, 7 min walk from Leyton central line station. The house is very homely, there is a separate kitchen (with a dish-washer and a washing machine) and living room complete with log burning fire, tv, sofa and an arm chair. The bathroom is pretty large and full of character (read: purple) with a shower/bath. There is a very decent garden at the back (with a hammock, outdoor sofa and shed).

Bedrooms:
There are two bedrooms - one is significantly larger than the other. I am open to negotiating which one works best for new housemate.

Large Room: £1000 excl bills
The Large room has a huge bay window and a smaller window opposite the bed. It is furnished with a queen-size bed, enormous wardrobe and chest of drawers (you won’t be lost for storage).

The Small Room: £750 excl bills
Fits a double-bed and desk of drawers/wardrobe. It’s a tranquil room with wood floors overlooking the garden at the back of the house.

The move in date is preferably the beginning of July, but can consider an earlier move-in date.

About me:
I am into things like film, yoga, meditation, therapy, art, reading (book club) and cycling. I have moved around a fair bit so always like meeting people from other parts of the world. I am your typical leftie: into all things eco and sustainable, anti-racist, feminist etc so it would be cool to live with someone who also shares those values. I work hybrid, 2 days in the office, 3 days from home in media for a nonprofit.

House vibe:
I’d like the house to feel like a home - a bit of a calm sanctuary away from the madness that is London. I am looking for someone who is interested in co-creating this type of vibe. I am social and extroverted and so am out for meditation, yoga classes, cycling about, seeing friends, climbing, and the rest of it- but spend a fair amount of time at home too to chill out, watch films and cook up a storm.
