Looking for a flatmate in Leytonstone

Hello everyone,

I am moving out of the UK and my flatmate is looking for someone to replace me.

His name is Evan and he works in social media for a beer company. We moved here 2 years ago and love it! He is looking for someone who values independence and also enjoys their own space and activities. He would like someone who he gets along with and have a drink with but who also enjoys a good balance of hangout and independence as he is not always around.

It is a 2 bed 1 bathroom flat with a good size living room and balcony. The building was built in 2022 and has thick walls between flats so no noise from neighbours and located on the 2nd floor with no one above.

It is a 3-minute walk to Leytonstone station on the central line and good bus routes to Hackney and East London. Near a big Tesco, PureGym, Argos and lots of good cafes and restaurants.

Room is £850 + bills that come to £150-160 and deposit of £750.

The flat came unfurnished but I am happy to sell some furniture to the next tenant as I am planning to sell it all anyway. Some items are visible in the photos.
