Large double room in spacious Leytonstone home

Hi there,

Our lovely housemate is leaving us after 4 great years of living together. We're now looking for a new housemate to join us.

The house has a garden, a double living room, separate kitchen and 4 bedrooms. There's 3 double bedrooms and 1 single which we use as a study/spare room for friends to visit.

There's a lot of space in the house, so it doesn't feel like we're on top of each other.

Housemates:
We are two cis females 34 & 35, looking for someone who is 30+ ideally.
Currently living here is Georgia who works in sustainability, grows veg in the garden and desperately tries to befriends all the local cats!
And myself Lydia, who works as a set designer, lover of all things creative, camp and sparkly!

We both live busy lives but love to hang out when we can, having dinners together, watching drag race or going out. Georgia works from home 2 days a week and I'm freelance so usually out of the house for work.

Usual stuff, but we all chip in with the cleaning, it’s pretty quiet here in the week and we respect each others schedules, pretty social but happy to give each other space too. Looking for someone who wants to be friends as well as housemates, but also likes to live their own life too.

We're about 7 min walk to Leytonstone Station, on the Central Line, and about 12 min walk to Leytonstone Overground station. Just off the high street with lots of convenient shops and a massive Tesco a 5 min walk away.

Bills are around £130 a month.
