You will share the flat with myself, professional female who works as self-employed both in and out of the home. I am easy going, respectful person and enjoy cooking, reading, watching some favourite TV shows including The British Sewing Bee 😊

The flat is within 10-12 mins walking distance to both Leytonstone and Leyton stations on Central Line, and 7-8 mins to Leytonstone High Road Station on Overground.
Shops, Sainsbury’s, High Street, Gym, Library, Cafes all within walking distance.
Stratford Westfield Shopping Centre, Olympic Park, Whipps Cross Hospital, Hollow Pond all within short distance on a short bus ride.

The Rent is £850 per calendar month and includes all bills (gas, electricity, water, high speed broadband , council tax).

The cost of general cleaning products (ie Toilet paper, Paper Towel, Washing up liquid etc) will be shared between two of us.

Shared kitchen/diner area has a 3 seater sofa, Fridge/Freezer, TV, Microwave, Kettle, Toaster, Gas Hob, Gas Oven, Boiler, Washing Machine, 4 seater Table and Chairs and a small coffee table, and all kitchen plates/glasses/utensils etc to share.
The bathroom has a Shower & Tub and Tumble Dryer; and a separate WC.

The room would suit someone who is easy going, friendly, considerate & respectful.
