One single room available

My name’s Bella and I’m currently living with three other housemates. One of these housemates is moving back home abroad at the end of August, so I am looking for a friendly replacement to move in at the beginning of September.

We live in a spacious, terraced house in Leytonstone, at the end of the road from a section of Epping Forest and Wanstead Flats. It is a convenient 5-10 minute walk to the high road and Leytonstone tube station. The council tax band is E.

The room available to rent is a single bedroom with plenty of in-built wardrobe space, a comfy double bed with space for a small chest of drawers or side table and shelves. The house itself has two bathrooms, kitchen and living room plus garden which would all be shared, apart from the living room which I keep as a spare bedroom for any guests. Bills are included in monthly rent and while the initial contract would be for 3 months, this is purely to see how things go and can easily be extended!

I have one tabby cat, she is shy with new people at first but quickly warms to you and enjoys many strokes and cuddles. You must like cats and not have any allergies, ideally you wouldn’t be permanently shut in your room either. The area is quiet so you would have a peaceful atmosphere including on weekends. I work locally so am around a fair amount, if you ever need to chat or fancy a hang out I am happy to when free.
