Hi! I’m vacating my house share and looking for someone to replace me.

The three other sharers are aged 25-30 and working in various creative and academic areas: textiles, music production, and food systems. It’s a cooperative and friendly LGBTQ+ houseshare with a separate kitchen, living room, and garden. There is one downstairs toilet and one three piece bathroom with a bathtub and rainfall shower.

Your room is the largest in the house and on the first floor. It can fit a triple wardrobe, king sized bed, desk, and other storage (it is unfurnished and all furniture will be removed). It is the perfect size to work from home comfortably, and a rare find in London.

The house is in a quiet residential area with many local shops and community events.

The room is quiet and peaceful, with plenty of natural light from the East-facing window, which looks out onto the garden.

The estate agent manages the property and requires references, minimum income or guarantor, and a deposit which is held in a DPS. Bills are paid separately and are not included in the monthly rent.
