The house is huge - 3 bedroom house with a garden, and I’ll be the only other occupant.
It boasts tons of communal space, including a separate 1st floor living room and a newly refurbished bathroom. There is also a dining room - kitchen area, and ample storage throughout the house
The rent excludes all bills, these will be £150, and that covers: Gas, Water, Electric, Insurance, TV License, Council Tax, Wifi, and Cleaner.
I am pretty chilled, and like to keep things tidy, typically work long hours during the week and gym, which means I save my nights out for the weekend. Evenings are usually cooking, TV, Netflix, Gym, PS5 etc.
I am gay, and open to all housemates - obviously a necessity they are lgbt+ friendly, but finding the right fit is more important.
Would strongly advise viewing, so you can get a good feel for the wonderful space & a sense of what it would be like to live here
