Communal Family Living

Are you a single parent with a kid? wanting a communal living arrangement? Well I might have the answer..

I live in Leytonstone E11- in a lovely big Edwardian house I own with my 7yr old daughter and we are looking to be sharing our house with another single parent & their kid.

It’s a massive house with a small garden, in a fantastic location 3 mins walk to Leytonstone tube station & the open green spaces of Wanstead Flats. I moved here 2 years ago and renovated the whole thing. I have just converted my loft space too, with two double rooms (and a shower room) and this space would be all yours. (Photos to follow)

My current housemates are a single Mum and her now 4 year old but sadly they are leaving in August to move back to Somerset. As it stands we share most meals & cooking responsibilities & we babysit for each other and generally look after each others kids. Yay!!! It works amazingly well and i'd be looking to do the same with the new housemates.

The rent includes all bills, and that is gas, electrics, broadband, a cleaner (and cleaning stuff), loo roll, council tax, tv packages.
