It is a 3-minute walk to Leytonstone station on the central line and good bus routes to Hackney and east London. Near a big Tesco, PureGym, Argos and lots of good cafes and restaurants.
Room is 850 plus bills that come to 160 and deposit of 750.
The room comes unfurnished. (but has a bed and desk that can be purchased.
