Big Double room in multy occupancy house

**Furnished Double Room Available in a Friendly Shared House – Zone 3**

A spacious, fully furnished double room is available on the first floor of a quiet, clean house. The room faces the street. There is one shared bathroom in the house. Tenants also have access to a garden.

**Location:**

* Conveniently located across from a corner shop and Bus Stop No. 58, which takes you directly to Forest Gate, Leyton Central Line Station (5 stops), and Asda.
* Maryland (Elizabeth Line) and Leytonstone High Road Overground Station (Zone 3) are both within a 15-minute walk. Alternatively, buses are available from the nearby high street.

**House Details:**

* Shared with four working professionals from Eastern Europe and Central Asia.
* We’re looking for a clean, respectful, quiet professional who:

* Is responsible with shared spaces (kitchen, toilet, bath).
* Cleans up after themselves promptly.
* Is considerate of others' time in the bathroom (especially avoiding excessive phone use inside).
* Doesn’t have issues with alcohol misuse (we’re not heavy drinkers and prefer someone similar).
* Participates in a weekly cleaning rota (you’ll be responsible for general cleaning once every 5 weeks: hoovering, kitchen and bathroom).

**Additional Info:**
* This is a home, not a hotel—everyone is expected to contribute to a clean, respectful living environment.
* Smoking is not allowed indoors but is permitted in the garden.
* Kitchen essentials (plates, cutlery, microwave, kettle) are provided.
* Unfortunately, we cannot offer a formal tenancy contract.
* A deposit is required and will be fully refunded at the end of your stay, provided there is no damage and the room is clean.

**Availability:**
The room will be available from 9th of the September.
