Hi there!
We are 3 (2 females, 1 male) chilled and friendly housemates looking for someone to add to our household for 2 months from the beginning of February.
The council tax band is E, and there is a lovely friendly tabby cat in residence with us. Your cosy room has a comfy double bed with memory foam mattress, fitted wardrobes and loads of bookshelf and storage space. There is also a lock on the door for privacy.
WiFi is fast at 52 mbps and bills are included. There are two bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs. The upstairs bathroom has a bath and shower over the bath, and downstairs a shower with washing machine and dryer. The kitchen and dining room are separate from the living room but we share all the space. There is also a garden and balcony with outdoors furniture (when it’s warm enough!)
The property is large and we are in a quiet and peaceful area, being just down the road from Epping Forest and Wanstead Park. Shops, cafes restaurants and Leytonstone tube are only a 5-10 minute walk away, with easy access into Central London so you have everything on your doorstep.
