Single room available for one month

Hi there!

I am looking for one person to rent a single bedroom (with double bed) for a month starting on the 27th October until the 24th November.

If all goes well, this could possibly be extended to two months.

Please note that this is a new Air BnB household, so two of the other bedrooms are being used as short term holiday lets and this means you would be sharing the property with new people coming and going, plus myself. I really enjoy meeting different people from around the world and hearing their stories, but this might not be for you so thought it was vital to mention. This is the family house I grew up in so I take good care of it, managing the entire house myself so everything is always very clean and tidy. Also I am working locally so usually available for a natter!

The council tax band is E, and there is a lovely friendly tabby cat in residence with us. Sometimes if I am away you may need to feed her :) Your room has ample storage space in the many fitted wardrobes, plus comfy double bed with memory foam mattress.

WiFi is fast at 52 mbps and bills are included. There are two bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs. The upstairs bathroom has a bath and shower over the bath, and downstairs a shower with washing machine and dryer. Both have sinks and toilets. The kitchen and dining room are separate rooms, but next door to each other as separated by a chimney. There is also a garden and balcony to share, with outdoors furniture (when it’s warm enough!)

The property is very large so it is unlikely that you will feel crowded at all, especially since people staying here tend to be on holiday so are out during the day exploring London! It is a very quiet and peaceful area, being just down the road from Epping forest and Wanstead flats, so nighttime’s are quiet too.
