A beautiful we looked after 2nd floor converted flat in Leytonstone.

This is a 2 bed flat- where I will be staying in the smaller room for 2 nights a week (Tues and Wed night). The entire flat will be yours for the rest of the time. I will be working in the office on the days above and staying in the evening).

The flat would be perfect for a couple that wants to have a good amount of space in a great part of Leytonstone.

The bedroom has an ensuite, built in wardrobe and storage space too.

Kitchen dining room is large with uninterrupted views looking out to the flats. These flats lead onto the beautiful green areas that lead onto Epping Forest and Wanstead flats.

Downstairs toilet with shower

Good sized living room with storage areas.

This is part furnished. We will have a smaller table and chairs for the dining area (different to shown in photos). There will be the sofa shown in the photos too in the living room. We are open to the bed and mattress staying if needed.
