We are looking for a housemate to join us in this lovely home in Leytonstone. The room is available from November 2024 to March 2025. The rent is £600pcm with bills included.

This furnished bedroom has a single bed, shelving unit, chest of drawers, and wardrobe. There's a window offering views into the garden.

As you might have gathered from the photos, the landlord is currently carrying out work in the room to make it welcoming for your arrival. I will add clearer images of the room in the coming days.

You will share an upstairs kitchenette and bathroom with one housemate. In addition to your bedroom, there are shared spaces for you to enjoy, including a conservatory, living room, and garden. There is a fully equipped kitchen downstairs, which you may use, but the landlord has priority in this space.

Leytonstone Underground Station is a 10-minute walk away, and Leytonstone High Road overground station is close, too. We are only a few steps away from Wanstead Flats.

About us
David, the live-in landlord, 50s, is an archivist working Monday through Thursday. David enjoys family history, telly, reading, and gardening. He is a responsive landlord and is quick to attend to any concerns. David enjoys a meal and drinks together from time to time.

E (25) is a computer science graduate working from home through the week. E enjoys spending time with his partner and is interested in reading, writing, and art.

We are looking for a tidy, responsible, and friendly housemate. We would love to have someone who is LGBTQ+ or an ally. We would prefer that the new housemate is vegetarian or vegan, but this is not essential.
