Bright Double Room in Leytonstone!

Hey there,

My name is Jay and I’m looking for a new flatmate to live with myself and my little dog Kiki. The room is a good size double bedroom, with enough space for a wardrobe, chest of drawers, shelf and desk and it comes with a small double bed. Can get rid of some furniture if you want to bring in your own! You can also paint the room to how you want.

The flat is a 12 minute walk from Leytonstone tube, and 2 minute walk from the Epping forest. We’re about a 10 minute cycle from Walthamstow Village and a 20 minute walk to Wood St and Wanstead.

Looking for a female preferably aged 28-35. I’m quite a social person and I’m looking to live with someone who will want to hang out with in our spacious lounge sometimes, likes to cook and is clean and tidy.

Looking for professionals, I’m a therapist with the NHS, I love going to gigs, the occasional night out, cooking feasts and being around my pals - looking for someone who lives a similar London life, likes to go out but happy to come back and have their flat as their calm chill space.

Must like dogs as Kiki is our third tenant!
