Hello, we are Rebecca and Dorothy and have a gorgeous cosy flat in Leyton, East London. Dorothy is moving out in January to be closer to work in West London. It’s a three bedroom flat and we just use the third small room as an office or for an occasional guest. Looking for a friendly and respectful non-smoking flatmate who is LGBT+ friendly.
The flat was fully renovated early this year so everything is clean and new. There is also a cute back garden and a little utility/laundry room. The area is a quiet residential neighbourhood situated in between Leyton and Leytonstone tube stops (Central line) with Leyton Midland Road Overground station also within walking distance. Nearby Francis Road has shops, cafés, wine bar, hairdresser, record shop, plant shop and book shop.
There may be some flexibility around the move in date and also the furniture in the room. Dorothy owns all the furniture but may sell some to the new flatmate.
Bills are not included and come to £229 per month each. This is for Council Tax (band B), Broadband, Water and Energy. Deposit is £1093. The new flatmate will take over the joint lease (from Dorothy) which finishes on March 27th 2025 and then becomes a rolling lease. The Letting Agent will require 2 references and proof of earnings.
