2 double bedrooms for short term let

We are renting out our cosy 2 bedroom house on a short term basis for up to 3 months while we are away travelling.

Our Victorian terrace features 2 double bedrooms with built in storage, plus a third room that is currently used as an office and a bathroom with bath and Shower.
Downstairs there is a newly decorated living room, dining room, kitchen and a garden.
It is fully furnished and the kitchen is stocked with all crockery, kitchen utensils etc.

There is gas central heating, a gas hob, electric fan oven, dishwasher, washer/dryer, Smeg Toaster and Kettle, Espresso machine, Alexa in kitchen and living room and ring doorbell. We have a lockable shed in the front yard which could be used for storage or bikes etc.

The rent will include water, council tax, and sky including sky sports, sky cinema, Netflix, and Disney+.
Gas and electricity will be charged based on usage via smart meter.

The house is conveniently situated in Leytonstone, 15 mins walk to Maryland station for the Elizabeth line, taking you to Liverpool street in 11 minutes, or Tottenham Court Road in just 16 minutes. There are plenty more transport links in walking distance - the central line (Leyton) or Overground (Leytonstone High Road) which connects to Blackhorse Rd for the Victoria line. Around 25 mins walk would get you to Stratford international and Westfield for shopping.

The area itself is a vibrant neighbourhood with plenty of green space on the doorstep, cosy pubs and breweries, restaurants, and local coffee shops.

The house is available from December 16th until 8th March. We are looking for someone to treat our house like a home while we are away (and hopefully look after our plants). We have lovely neighbours both sides with Children so not a party house. Unfortunately we cannot accept pets. If you are interested in arranging a veiwing please send me a message.
