Double Room in Leytonstone (short term)

Hello!

I’m going away from 10th February for 2 months so am looking for someone to take the room over that period.

I usually pay £1000 all in, but as it’s a temporary let and my cat has a wall bed in the room that she sometimes sleep in I’m happy to do it for £825 all in. It’s a 3 bed house in Leytonstone on the central line with a garden. The other housemates are my sister Becca (30, yoga instructor and Youth Engagement Worker) and my best friend Chelsea (32, Film Producer) and my cat Mellow (extremely friendly tuxedo cat).

I’m looking for someone who is animal friendly, clean (as a must as we keep a clean and tidy space, relaxed and ideally creative (but not a must ! :) ) .

We are a 5 minute walk from Leytonstone station on the central line (15 minutes to Liverpool Street), with plenty of shops, restaurants and bars and parks available right on our doorstep - it’s a great area!
