Double bedroom with connecting attic, Leytonstone

Hi there!

Looking for a lovely 1-2 people to occupy a large double bedroom with connecting attic above (lots of storage space and views out over the gardens and rooftops) for £1,600 per month. Fully furnished, lots of light, comes with a Queen bed with memory foam mattress, chest of drawers, large desk, chair, wardrobe space, bedside table, and even a mini fridge! In the attic room is a spare bed, sofa, table, another chest of drawers and hanging space for clothes.

Wanstead flats and Epping Forest are just down the road, there are lots of quick transport options into central London (15 mins on tube to Liverpool Street, 25 mins to Oxford Circus)

Ideally looking for 3 months to start, but if all goes well could easily extend further. Council tax band is E. Happy to send photos of rest of house and to arrange a viewing. Would be sharing two bathrooms, dining room, kitchen and garden in a big house.

There is an affectionate 17yr old tabby cat in residence, so you must be good and patient with cats :)
