I'm looking for another housemate to join us in my new lovely big house in Leytonstone. You'd be living with me & my seven year kid and another lodger, so you'll be moving into a family home which should feel totally yours as well! I've always lived with others in places I've owned and I know I create a well-loved home for people, and a sense of communal living, whilst also respecting people's need for independence.

I've done a complete renovation on the house - so it's pretty lush. It’s a massive house with a small garden, in a fantastic location right by Leytonstone station & the open green spaces of Wanstead Flats. The double room is in the loft and has a massive shower room right next door to it and comes fully or part furnished (as you need)

I'm in my mid forties- solo mum and garden designer - and Golda my daughter is cheeky, & easy going. I think we're both fun, like to share meals with our housemates and get on with people who like to get stuck in!
