Come and live with us in this lovely big Victorian terrace home 🏠 with pretty garden 🌿, huge kitchen and basement for extra storage ✨. We have a fantastic private landlord and the surrounding neighbourhood is safe and peaceful despite also being a 5-min walk from Leytonstone tube station & suffragette overground. The local area has some cute pubs, restaurants, big Tesco & brand new Aldi in short walking distance 🛒.

This huge double room will be mostly unfurnished and ready for you to put your own touch! The room has just been freshly repainted, there is a wardrobe and we have a spare bed frame if you would like it.

As you can see, there is loads of space for a double/king bed at one end and a sofa and TV/lounge area at the other, basically two rooms in one. Also loads of natural light with big windows at both ends 🌞.

We have a small spare room which has previously been used for storage but we would like to restore into a cute & cosy sitting room 🛋️.

You would be living with Jasmine and Adriana 💫. Jasmine is a nurse that works 9-5 for a charity in East London. I love the gym, cooking/eating out, travel, music, sunshine, coffee and a good spicy marg. Adriana, a makeup artist, loves a balanced lifestyle, art, fashion, gym, jazz music, family and friends, parks, a picnic but also a posh dinner with a martini. We love to catch up over a cup of tea, cook together or sit in the garden when the weather is nice 🌸.

We are looking for someone in their mid/late 20s - early 30s with female preferred since there will be the 3 of us. We would like to live with someone who is kind, considerate and wants to keep the house feeling calm and happy. We are not a party house but like to welcome close friends/family.
