Tenancy ends in March 2027, so there’s an opportunity for a long-term, stable place. The landlord has renewed with very minor rent increases for the last four years.

You’d be living in the biggest room in the house, with two other kind, fun, and calm guys. Both professionals and friends, enjoy their own time but also spend time together if/when time allows. The room lets in a lot of natural light, with Leytonstone train station opposite.

Lots of restaurants, bars, cafes, and pubs around. You’ll be extremely well connected; very few places are more than 30 mins away, with Stratford two stops away, Leytonstone High Road overground down the road, and Hackney 15 mins away. Westminster is about 30 mins, and King’s Cross/Euston is around 30/35.

You’ll need to pay your deposit to me; the agency will then transfer your name to the overall protected scheme. You’ll also need to share photo ID, proof of employment, and three months’ payslips with the agency too.
