Looking for a fantastic new place to call home? I have a lovely double bedroom available in a brand new, newly refurbished 2-bedroom flat in the heart of Leytonstone.

We'll be creating a comfortable and welcoming home together.

About Me:
I'm Eva, a 38-year-old professional originally from Spain. I've lived in and loved Leytonstone for the past 8 years! I'm friendly, clean, and tidy. I'm looking for a flatmate who wants to share the entire flat as a home, not just occupy a room. I enjoy being sociable – happy to chat, share a meal, or watch something together – but also very much respect personal space and independence.

Vibrant Community: Full of families and people from all over the world, with a great local vibe.

Wanstead Park on your Doorstep: The beautiful, expansive Wanstead Park is literally at the end of the road – perfect for walks, runs, or just relaxing.
Excellent Transport Links: Leytonstone High Road Overground station is just a 5-minute walk. Leytonstone Underground station (Central Line) is only a 10-minute walk, getting you into the City of London in less than 30 minutes!
