We will be 3 residents only in the house. At the moment we are 1 male and 1 female. We are very quiet and clean working people looking for the same.

The bathroom will be shared by 2 only, as I have my own one.

The rent is £800 pcm + electricity shared by the 3 residents.
( average £10 to £20 each month ).
Gas Bill shared for the Colder month's only: Dec/Jan/Feb/Mar
All other Bills included - Council tax, water, broadband, tv license.

The house is less than 4 minutes walking distance from Leytonstone Station, central line.
Also a short walk to Tesco Store/24 hours. Loads of amenities nearby with just a few minutes walk... such as Sainsburys, Audi, Iceland, Puregym, Boots, Superdrug, Argos, Poundland, KFC etc.

Also, 5 minutes on the underground to Stratford Station and Westfield Shopping Centre. 25 minutes to Central London.
