A clean, independent, and respectful professional who values a calm and friendly home. You’ll be replacing Eva on the tenancy, ideally long-term.

• The bed frame and mattress were bought new in Feb. Ideally, the new tenant will purchase them (receipts available).
• Available from 30th September.

• Deposit: £865
• Bills: ~£165 / month
• Landlord requires background checks.
