2 for 1 large bedroom/study combo in Leytonstone

Hiya!

We are a relaxed, friendly household of 4 ( 2 male, 2 female) currently looking for a single or couple to occupy a bedroom and study combo (1 bedroom, 1 study as two separate rooms but joined together) for at least 3 months. There is a very affectionate old tabby cat in residence with us :)

Your rooms include a desk and chair, ample bookshelf space, cupboard, wardrobe, sofa, chest of drawers, double bed, bedside table and sink. The bedroom looks out over the back garden, and it is especially quiet being in the detached part of the house.

The council tax band is E and bills are included. The property is large with two shared bathrooms, kitchen, dining room and garden with outdoors furniture included. It is a quick and easy journey into Central London (15 mins to Liverpool Street, 25 to Oxford Circus on the central line) with multiple convenient transport links via Leytonstone underground, overground and plenty of bus and cycle connections.

Our house is near the end of the street & a hop skip and jump into a section of Epping Forest and Wanstead flats also at the end of the street. There are many local bars, restaurants, shops and supermarkets a mere 5-10 minute walk away on the high road.
