I have a lovely, bright room available in a spacious and very clean house in Leytonstone, East London – ideal for a chilled, respectful person or couple looking for a peaceful and homely place to live.

The Space:

All bills included** (WiFi, gas, electric, council tax, cleaner, streaming services the whole shabang.)
You’ll have the downstairs to yourself if you need it, though I’d prefer sociable housemates :) includes living room with:

Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime streaming services included
*Shared kitchen (fully equipped – all utensils, cookware, etc. provided)
*Shared bathroom
*Access to a private garden

Extras:

Weekly cleaner
Window cleaner
Guest room upstairs if you have any visitors
* Two adorable **dachshunds** are in the house 50% of the time – must be dog-friendly!

👥 Housemate Info:

You’ll be sharing with one other person – Male (Kieran), 37, easy-going, friendly, tidy, very clean and respectful.

Works in Tech - in the office 2-3 days a week
Active and into Mountain-biking, gaming, live music, DnB and a bit of a foodie!
