We're a group of friends in Leytonstone looking for someone to join our house!
Our house has a nice garden, spacious living room, two toilets and a bright bathroom. It's also well connected to the central line (we're 5 minutes away from Leytonstone tube station) and near to Epping Forest and to big supermarkets etc.
We'd be looking for a housemate aged 22 aged 22 and above who is vegan (or ok with eating vegan food at home) and interested in living somewhat communally (we have a cooking rota, and try to do nice things together!)
The rent is £810 per calendar month, and the move in date would be from September, ideally looking to rent for a whole year. We're in council tax band D (you'd pay £48 pcm)
