Room with en suite in 3 bed house

We are two school friends who have been living with a third mate for the last 3 years, but sadly they're moving out so looking for someone to fill the spot! Our contract renews on October 16th but we may have a little bit of flexibility if you need to move a week or 2 earlier.

The house is a 3 bed terraced in leytonstone with a large kitchen, dining room area and a large living room (we currently have 2 desks set up so plenty of space to wfh if required). 2 minute walk to leytonstone High Road Station (overground) and 10 minute walk to leytonstone tube (Central line) and 5 minute walk to Wanstead fields for some green space!

The room itself can fit a double bed and has its own ensuite!

We are two professionals (engineer and chef) who are looking for a like minded person to live with! We both love all things nerdy, puns, bouldering, food (one of us is vegan), music (gigs friends to the front) and left wing politics (tories and TERFs need not apply). We are not a big party house but are very social and always happy to hang out over a beer or a coffee!

P. s. room is part furnished, bed frame, chest of drawers and the bedside table can be included in the room
