Hi all, looking for someone to replace me on the tenancy in a 2-bed flat in Leytonstone. The flat has a cosy open plan living/kitchen area, and the room has access to the sunny garden. 1x shared bathroom. Only a 5-7 minute walk to Leytonstone Central Line with direct links into London. There’s also lots of lovely shops, cafes and pubs in the area as well as some greenery to walk around. You’d be living with 1 other queer male, 29 years old. He’s half English and half Spanish, works as a teacher and loves horror movies! If interested please reach out with a bit of info about yourself.
