Spacious 2 bed flat in a loft conversion

I have recently purchased a spacious, light two bedroom flat in Leytonstone and I am looking for a housemate to move in in mid-December. There is currently no furniture in the place, but I will provide this so please just try and envision the pictures!

I am a 28 year old working in the city and work in the office most days. I play sport most evenings and socialize with friends at the weekend. I am very laid back and looking for someone who is relatively tidy, but not a clean freak! :)

Ideally I would like splits there time between working from home and in the office. The house is free to use as yours in terms of having guests/partners round.
