> Place:
Double bedroom available in a lovely, well kept first floor, 2-bed garden flat.
You'd be living with me and my cat.
The flat has a spacious shared living room and a relaxing garden that backs onto allotments - it's really peaceful!
The room is mostly unfurnished - there's a bed frame with mattress available, which can also be removed if preferred.
Everything else in the house is furnished - dining table& a cosy sofa, well-equipped kitchen, garden with table and loungers. It's located in a quiet residential area.
The landlord requires a minimum 12 month contract.
The deposit is £1,000, which I’ve already paid, it can be paid later or in split payments to make it easier.
Bills: gas&electricity, council tax (band C) and broadband come to around £175 pp pm. Water bill is paid separately once every 6 months and is dependent on usage (usually around £200 pp).

Just a 5 minute walk from Leytonstone tube station (Central line), 15 minute walk to Overground (Suffragette line). Easy access to green space, local parks include Leyton flats (10 mins) which connect to the start of Epping forest, and Wanstead Park and Wanstead Flats are both a 15 minute walk away.
Shops and essentials are close by, small shops 5 minutes away and big Tesco, M&S, Aldi all around 8-10 minutes.
Gym, pilates&yoga places, coffee shops etc are all within 15 minute walk too.

> About me:
I'm a 32yo professional, working 4 days per week (and the occasional weekend) away from home. I usually go abroad once every 2-3 months for a few days/a week. Outside of work I enjoy a variety of wellbeing oriented activities - mainly dancing, photography, music. I really value a balanced, mindful lifestyle and love the idea of living in a reasonably sustainable way.

> Who I'm looking for:
I'd love to find someone who has similar values and energy. It's a rented flat but I treat it very much like home and would like to share it with someone who feels the same and would be happy to look after the space together, keeping is cosy and clean. You'd be living with a friendly cat who likes being around people, so liking animals is very encouraged :) And I'd love to live with someone who is also veggie/vegan but it's not essential. LGBTQ+ people are more than welcome.
