£900 per month each, bills come to an additional £100-£150 max each.

Looking for ideally long term so up to a year, but also open to discuss short term.

The flat has a cosy open plan living/kitchen area, and the double room has access to the sunny garden. 1x shared bathroom, but it’s pretty spacious.

Only a 5-7 minute walk to Leytonstone tube stop Central Line with direct links into London. Takes around 30 minutes to get to Liverpool Street door to door.

There’s also lots of lovely shops, cafes and pubs in the area as well as some greenery nearby. Apparently this area will be the new Hackney in a few years lol, and is pretty close to it as well.

You’d be living with 1 other gay male, 29 years old. He’s my bestie and the sweetest person! He’s half English and half Spanish, works as a teacher and loves horror movies!
