Leytonstone High Road overground 10 minute walk away, takes you to Upper Holloway / South Tottenham / Blackhorse Road

W15 bus stop right outside the house which gets you to Hackney / Homerton in 20 minutes.

Shops: Big Aldi / Tesco and Sainsbury’s local right by Leytonstone station. Continental food store (which is great for fresh meat / veg) 10 minute walk away. Little shop over the road does all the essentials.

Evening activities: Lots of good pubs and restaurants within walking distance, place called the Filly Brook 5 minutes walk away which is a very decent food / drink / tunes spot.

Nature: Short walk from Wanstead flats which is part of Epping Forest and Hollow Ponds - both really nice to have nearby.
