It’s a warm, well-kept home with a big living room, high-quality hi-fi system, fast Wi-Fi, and a proper office you’re welcome to use when I’m not here. You’ll genuinely be able to settle in and make the room your own.

This would suit a chilled, tidy professional who appreciates a peaceful, modern home, someone who wants comfort and good energy, not just a crash pad.
