The flat itself is spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. There’s a bright new modern kitchen extension with a dining area, a lovely lounge for relaxing, watching films or playing some records, a shared bathroom, a big garden to relax in, private off-road parking, and even
a basement for extra storage.

Rent:
Rent is £1,200 a month including all bills, so nothing extra to worry about.

About Me:
I’m a 37yr designer working in a design studio during the week.
I enjoy relaxing, cooking, gardening, keeping fit, socialising and being creative around work.

I’m very easygoing and always up for hanging out, watching a film, cooking something nice, or grabbing a beer, but I also respect personal space.
I like keeping a calm, clean and comfortable atmosphere in the house, and I'm looking for someone similar.

Who I’m looking:
Someone who is; Mature, Clean and considerate, Self-aware, Easy to get along with and Respects shared spaces and enjoys a relaxed home vibe.

About the area:
Leytonstone is a great area with plenty of local shops, cafés, bars, and restaurants.
Filly Brook bar/restaurant is literally across the road — dangerously convenient!

Leytonstone Station is just a 5-minute walk, with excellent connections on the Central Line and links to nearby Overground stations.
