The house is modern, clean and homely. The bedroom is huge with a super-king size bed. Lots of natural light throughout the property. The house is pretty quiet and you'll have it to yourself quite a bit. We all keep it clean and tidy and treat it as a home. We would welcome a couple and the rent for couples would be £1500. We are looking for someone easy going, friendly, up for having meals together occasionally if and when the chance arises. One of the best things about the property is the location - 5 minutes from Leytonstone High Road overground, 5 mins from Leytonstone tube. An amazing huge grocery store just down the road. And perhaps the best of all - you can get onto Wanstead Flats and Epping Forest really quickly - some amazing walks and nature - makes you feel out of London!
