The Deal:
- Rent: £120 per week (All bills included: Council Tax, Wi-Fi, Water, Electricity).

- Room: Bright, decorated with a relaxing botanical theme.
- House: Shared kitchen & bathroom, plus access to a lovely garden patio.
- Location: Safe area, 10 min walk to Leytonstone (Central Line), close to Wanstead Flats.
- Note: We have a friendly cat. 🐈
