Cozy Room in Leytonstone

I am very very sadly moving out of my cozy room of three years-bcs I’ll be leaving the UK for a while, and looking for a new flatmate to replace me!

This household consists of mostly queer, mostly vegan/vegetarian, warm and welcoming people and two cats who are best friends and love to cuddle.

We also have a huge garden where we host bonfire parties or grow vegetables and flowers, the cutest living room where lots of watch parties and gatherings happen and a massive kitchen with all the appliances you could need plus two fridges.

We have three bathrooms so you’ll be sharing one bathroom with just one other person.

Location wise it’s great- a 6 minute walk to Leytonstone tube station (Central Line), about 8-9 minutes to the Overground and surrounded by loads of local shops, cafes, pubs, bars, restaurants and supermarkets like a massive Tesco, M&S, Aldi and many more.

Rent is £675 a month, and with bills and council tax it usually comes to around £750–£775.

I will be selling all my furniture but can sell it to you for way cheaper(£120 for all of it) since I won’t have to move them out.

I’ll be moving out on 17 January, but there’s a bit of flexibility to move in a few days earlier or later if that helps.
