The room has been kept in immaculate condition by our housemate, Natalie, and is a generous size, with more than enough space for a double bed, desk, drawers, etc and has a good sized in-built wardrobe.

Less than 5 minutes walk from the Leytonstone High Street Overground on one side and 5 minutes stroll to Wanstead flats on the side.

A couple of minutes away the high street, which has Continental supermarket, bakeries, cafes, bike repair shops, convenience stores, barbers, beauticians, bars and gyms.

We’re also spoiled for connections.

5 minutes from a bus stop which gets you straight to Stratford in about 15-20 mins, and less than a 5 minute walk to Leytonstone High Street Overground.

10 minutes walk from Leytonstone Tube Station.

And just round the corner from other bus services that run in all directions.

It has been fully renovated.

There’s a kitchen with storage for everyone, a washing machine and a dishwasher.

Nice bathroom with enough storage space for all your bathroom bits.

Hallway storage for shoes, boots, slippers, umbrellas and things.

A bit about us…

We're a couple, I work in marketing and my partner, Oisín, works in construction, he's also studying on the side, final year! We live quite chilled, enjoy our own space and do our own thing, but also enjoy spending time with who we share our home with, have drinks and meals together, watch movies and things like that. It’s fairly easy going.

Deposit & admin fee = £600 deposit (1 month's rent).

Rent, inc bills = £600 pcm, which includes council tax, broadband, energy & water.

We’ve cancelled our TV licence as we don't watch TV, we tend to watch things on Netflix or Amazon Prime etc...

Ideally, we're are looking for someone who doesn't work from home.
