We’re looking for someone to take over a large double bedroom with its own private bathroom in a lovely 2-bed Victorian house in lively Leytonstone, directly facing Wanstead Flats.

The house is bright, spacious and has been recently refurbished, so everything feels fresh and well cared for. Highlights include:

You’ll be sharing with one female professional, who works in the arts and is genuinely lovely, respectful, and easy to live with.

I’m the current flatmate and am only moving out due to personal circumstances. I’ve had the most wonderful time living here and can honestly highly recommend the house and the living situation.

📅 Move-in date: Ideally 1st February, though there is some flexibility for slightly before or just after.

📍 Location: Leytonstone, opposite Wanstead Flats, with great local amenities and transport links - 3min walk to overground and 10min walk to Central Line.
