Double Room in Garden Flat with Patio/Summerhouse

Quiet double room (small double) in gorgeous two bed flat, 5 min walk to Hollow Ponds in Leytonstone.

Leytonstone Station (Central Line) is about 10 mins walk and the overground approx 15 mins walk.

In a great location between Walthamstow, Leyton and Wanstead which are all within walking distance or short bus journey.

Sharing flat with 1 female tenant and her retired racing greyhound Chester, who sleeps the majority of the time! Large garden with patio and small summerhouse at the rear.

About you- Interest in relaxing in the shared space and spending some time socialising etc, but also equally enjoying time to yourself. Having an interest in music, podcasts, films, food and maybe into a little gardening.

Ideally experienced living with a dog and all of what that entails, no pun intended, lol. Non remote working would be ideal, or minimal remote working days 2 per week.

I would love you to have an interest in maintaining the cleanliness of the flat to a high standard, as the shared spaces are compact (particularly the bathroom and kitchen).

About me- I really do like my own space, but would also very much like to hang out/cook/watch films in the shared space from time to time too and be social, have a cup of tea etc.

I enjoy going out occasionally on a big night out, but on the whole not a huge partygoer and would like my flatmate to be similar regarding this ideally.

Currently I work Mon- Fri with my remote days being Tuesdays and Fridays.

Room will be available from March onwards, slightly flexible with date during that month, depending on required move date.

Also, regarding furnishings, this may be negotiated with the current tenant moving out as they have a bed and some other items which fit nicely in the space.

Plan to review after 3 months to see if we're both happy and then if so we can extend on to a rolling yearly contract.
