We’re looking for someone to take over my room, on a 6 month tenancy until the end of September.
The house is in Leytonstone, just a 4-minute walk to the Central Line, and around 10 minutes to Leytonstone High Road station, so it’s super well connected. There’s also loads of pubs, cafes and green space nearby.
You’ll be living with three lovely women in their early 30s - Daisy, Sophie and Emily . There’s a good mix of working from home and office-based jobs, giving the house a calm, comfortable atmosphere.
Room (£687.50)
Double room overlooking the garden. This room will come with a chest of drawers, built in shelves, wardrobe, bed and mattress. Deposit £865. THIS ROOM IS AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY
The house has loads of shared space:
* Large kitchen and dining room
* Cosy living room
* Two bathrooms plus an additional downstairs toilet
* A beautiful stained-glass conservatory leading out to a large garden 🌸
It’s a friendly, social household that enjoys cooking and eating dinners together, film nights in, and the occasional night out. There are also trips to vintage markets and crafting events, but everyone equally values their own space and downtime.
We’re looking for someone friendly, considerate, and keen to be part of a home rather than just a room.
