We have a massive, freshly updated double room available IMMEDIATELY in our spacious and well-kept family home in Wanstead/Leytonstone (E11 3RA).

A bright, fully furnished, and private lockable room featuring:
A huge King-Size bed with a brand-new mattress!
Dedicated workspace (desk & chair) – perfect if you occasionally WFH.
Chill-out area with a comfy armchair and coffee table.
Plenty of storage (built-in wardrobe, freestanding wardrobe, shelves, bedside table).
🏡 THE HOUSE & VIBE
You’ll be sharing with a friendly, respectful, and easy-going Polish family (a couple and two young working adults). We value peace, cleanliness, and a relaxed atmosphere. We also share the house with two very friendly cats, so you must be an animal lover! (Sorry, no additional pets allowed).
Bathrooms: Main family bathroom upstairs (bath, shower, WC) PLUS a separate downstairs WC – so there are zero morning queues for the loo!
Kitchen: Fully equipped (gas cooker, oven, large fridge/freezer, washing machine) with dedicated cupboard/fridge space just for you.
Garden: Access to a beautiful, private garden with a seating area and swing. (Smoking is strictly outside in the garden only).
Extras: Certified fire safety system, super-fast WiFi, and driveway parking available.
