Small studio room fully self-contained

Here is my studio room which is nearly finished. Apologies for the photos as the flooring is yet to be laid, and a few woodwork finishes in the shower room and elsewhere. The oven needs to be fitted, and other appliances. And kitchen tiling in progress.

Furnishing can be according to what the tenant needs. It is big enough for a double bed/sofa bed with side tables and a small dining table and chairs. There is also space for a large wardrobe.

On the landing outside there is room for coats, shoes, hoover etc. 2 other flats in the house with very reputable tenants.

The shower is a decent size, toilet and separate basin. Electric towel warmer. Central heating with a new boiler.

It is at the back of a Victorian house overlooking gardens in a residential street which is a short walk from Leytonstone tube. Very quiet.

Monthly rent includes all bills
