Bright, good-sized double room available in first floor flat, just a 7-minute walk to Leytonstone station (Central line), with quick access to central London. There’s also the overground from Leytonstone high road, about 12 mins walk away. The flat is on a quiet street with plenty of green spaces close by (Wanstead park/flats). On-street parking available if you get a permit.

You’ll be sharing with just me, so the flat is chilled, clean (planning to get a cleaner to come once a week / fortnight), and tidy.

There’s a shared living room and bathroom, fully equipped kitchen (2 fridges so you’d have a whole one to yourself). Ideal for someone who values their own space, but is also up for socialising.

I enjoy keeping active (gym, squash, cycling to work on sunny days), watching films, travelling, languages (I’m half Spanish), food.

I WFH 2 days a week. There’s room in the bedroom for a desk, if you do too.
