Hello!

We are a caring, considerate and community-minded household looking for a new housemate!

The available room is a cosy double on the first floor.

The five-bedroom house features a bathroom, downstairs toilet, living room, kitchen and garden. The kitchen is well-equipped and the house is generally well-facilitated.

We are located 5 minutes’ walk from Leytonstone Underground Station (Central Line) and Leytonstone Overground Station (Suffragette Line). We're two minutes from the High Street which features a diverse range of restaurants, cafes, pubs and shops. Walk a little further and you will find yourself on Wanstead Flats at the tip of Epping Forest.

As housemates we maintain a tidy, relaxing and supportive environment. We celebrate birthdays and other events together and have the occasional bring and share dinner. We are mindful of each other’s privacy and independence too. We enjoy a range of activities including gardening, cooking, exercising, reading, watching films and live music.

We are looking for someone thoughtful, responsible and kind. WFH is possible but we are looking for someone who works most days out the house.

Council tax is included in the rent.

The room available has its own shower.
