Lovely airy double room in a furnished 2-bed flat in Bushwood, Leytonstone (E11). The room has lots of natural light, no traffic noise, and comes furnished with a massive wardrobe, chest of drawers and double bed. Plenty of space for a desk.

£950pm + bills approx £180pm (council tax band C).

The flat has a huge south-facing living room, shared bathroom and separate kitchen with loads of cupboard space plus a separate freezer. We have v speedy Virgin WiFi!

You'll be living with me: I'm 26, work in finance(ish) and play keys in a jazz band. I'm usually in the office during the week and fairly busy outside of work too (rehearsals, pub quizzes, gigs, going out and eating out etc etc). So would be nice to find someone friendly who’s up for the occasional chat/pub trip, but also has their own thing going on. Ideally mid-late 20s/early 30s. LGBT+ friendly. No students, couples or pets (landlord’s rules sorry).

I'm very clean and tidy, and respectful of shared spaces, so looking for someone similar so the flat stays a nice place to live.

It's an 8 min walk from Leytonstone underground (Central line) and 12 min walk from Leytonstone High Road overground (Suffragette line).

Bushwood is a lovely part of Leytonstone, right by Wanstead Flats with Aldi, M&S and Tesco all less than 10 mins walk from the flat plus some great pubs/restaurants.

My flatmate is moving out to be closer to work so I'm looking for someone to join for at least 4 months (to November). I’ll likely be moving out after that, but there would be the option to stay longer if you found a replacement tenant. You'll need to pass a right to rent check with the landlord.
