Spare room in lovely leytonstone house

Lovely double room in a friendly shared house in Leytonstone. The house is currently occupied by a brother and sister who’ve lived here for 2½ years; our current housemate is moving in with her partner, so a space has opened up.

We both work in tech with flexible jobs, so we split our time between working from home and the office. During the week we’re usually busy and fairly quiet. At the weekends we’re social and usually out and about, but up for a plan / drinks etc... We’re easygoing and relaxed, and we’re looking for someone with a similar stress‑free energy who’s respectful, tidy, and happy to share common areas.

The room is a double with a built in wardrobe. The house has a good sized living room, large shared kitchen, small garden patio, and a washing machine. Upstairs and downstairs bathroom both with showers - upstair has a small bathtub (not sure who this is designed for - someone really small). Location-wise, we’re 5 minutes from Leytonstone high road and maybe 10-15 mins from Leytsonstone central.

Rent is £805 per month, bills are approx £150ish and the deposit is £961 (wouldn't let me put that amount in the details). Available from 1st September. Looking for long term.
